Cube SL Cross Race
A Cross Country, hybrid sort of bike, the Cube SL Cross Race has two different models, the 2011 bike and then the 
newer 2012 bike. It’s the perfect bike for anyone who does a lot of path riding, touring and moderate off-road racing. It’s not at the very highest level and price range, so is available to almost anyone who needs a bike of this quality.
Most people, myself included sometimes, will see the 2011 and the 2012 bikes, and think that we need the most up-to-date bike possible. This is not always the case, as the newest version may only include a number of small changes, which will have quite a small bearing on your performance, unless you are a top cyclist, competing in some of the biggest events in the world.
The Cube SL Cross Race is made from a high performance aluminium alloy that makes the bike relatively light and stiff compared to a number of competing bikes. With average components like Shimano Decore, Shimano 105, Schwalbe Rocket Ron Foldable tyres and a Selle Italia X1 saddle, the Cube SL Cross Race provides you with a high enough level of performance and quality, considering the price that you pay for it.
